Today Mouse and I are continuing our tour of Alexandria-area playgrounds with a stealth stop at Skyline Plaza. Mouse saw the oddly suspended play structure as I was executing a U-turn on King Street where it becomes Leesburg Pike and clamored to see it. It’s a nice day out, so I didn’t mind an excuse to avoid going home.
Verdict: not crowded. Interesting if your kid isn’t afraid of heights. Even daredevil Mouse, who generally is not scared of heights, felt like everything was just a little too high off the ground. Also, I kept wondering when someone was going to come tow my car or kick us out.
